what you could do is use elastics, you can get them at the local beauty supply store or walmart many stores will have ouchless little bands! (ouchless are suppose to effective at not pulling and breaking the haoir) You could also try to secure the braid by simply looping the ends of the braid (hard to explain it). Another option is to braid the hair tightly when you get to the ends so it is secure i have done with all textures of hair but of course it must be done right to secure it!

no I didnt blow dry at all

no my hair is actually damp when I was braiding it …it was easier to do it this way..

Did you blow dry to straighten the hair a bit?
